Als ich im Frühjahr 2014 den Anruf von einer Mitarbeiterin von DaWanda bekam, ob ich bei dem nächsten DaWanda Buch mitmachen möchte, konnte ich es zunächst nicht glauben, dann fand ich es großartig und nach der Zusage habe ich ziemlich Angst vor der eigenen Courage bekommen …
Das Buch DaWanda DIY, das jetzt im frech-Verlag erschienen ist, stellt 20 Designer und ihre DaWanda-Shops vor und bietet über 40 DIY-Ideen zum Nachmachen an.
Es ist sehr seltsam, mein Foto in einem Buch zu finden, die eigenen Sätze zu lesen und bei meinen DIY-Anleitungen („Flamingobrosche“ aus Stoff und Filz und „Schattenketten“ mit Kolibri oder Blatt) hoffe ich natürlich, dass ich keinen Fehler eingebaut habe …
... aber im Großen und Ganzen finde ich es klasse und freue mich über die Erfahrung.

When I received the call from an employee of DaWanda in spring 2014 with the offer to be part of the next DaWanda book, I could not believe it at first, then I thought it is great and after the commitment I was afraid of my own courage ...
The book "DaWanda DIY", which is now published in the frech-Verlag, presents 20 designers and their DaWanda shops and offers more than 40 DIY ideas.
It is a little bit strange to see my picture in a book, to read my own sentences and concerning my DIY instructions ("Flamingobrooch" (made of fabric and felt) and "shadow necklaces“ with a hummingbird or a leaf) I certainly hope that I have not "installed" mistakes ...
But ... all in all I think it is great and I appreciate the experience.
